Oleg Maestro Hard Rubber Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece

We Tried an Interesting Experiment.

We took the power and projection of the Maestro Tenor Mouthpiece, reduced the size proportionately and created the Maestro Alto Hard Rubber mouthpiece. The result, due to the characteristic double-stepped baffle, was an extra sensitivity to the embouchure pressure which expanded the mouthpiece’s expressive tonal palette.
