Oleg Garbuzov was more than just an inventor; he was a generous soul with a sharp wit and a deep desire to see musicians thrive. His legacy lives on in the many lives he touched and the products that continue to shape sound across stages and studios worldwide.
Although Oleg Products has continued to offer its instruments and accessories following Oleg’s passing in 2022, the company entered a period of quiet reflection and learning. In 2025, after taking time to fully absorb and master the depth of his father’s work, Allen Garbuzov led the company in reentering the saxophone and woodwind accessory market with renewed passion and purpose.
Continuing Oleg’s Legacy
Allen, Oleg’s youngest son, is now devoted to preserving and advancing the vision his father began. Having worked closely with Oleg throughout his life, Allen took time after his father’s passing to study the products in depth, ensuring that the quality and innovation Oleg was known for would continue unchanged.
Joining Allen is Oleg’s good friend and business partner Alan Markowitz, who brings a rich understanding of woodwind instruments and a history of creative collaboration with Oleg.
Also playing a vital role in daily operations is Denise Garbuzov, who continues to ensure that the heart and soul of Oleg Products thrives with integrity and care.
Completing the team is Melissa Medlin, who brings a thoughtful and professional approach to marketing and customer engagement. With a strong background in both areas, Melissa is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience and supporting the company’s mission to serve musicians with excellence and dedication.
